PayPal at casinos without OASIS: why it is missing and what is offered instead
Rules with provision and primary source, values per casino with source.
For operators without an OASIS connection the PayPal answer is short: none of the four brands on this website, namely 7Signs, Wild Tokyo, MyStake and Sportaza, lists PayPal in the payment lists published by casino.guru and AskGamblers. That applies to deposits and to withdrawals.
Winnings are therefore cashed out via other routes: e-wallets, card, bank transfer or cryptocurrencies. How long that takes and which maximum amounts apply is summarised for all four brands in the overview of withdrawals without OASIS. Sources as of October 2026.
None of the 4 casinos lists this method: alternatives per source
| Casino | Method per source | Minimum deposit |
|---|---|---|
| 7Signs Casino | Payz, MuchBetter, Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity | €10 (Bitcoin: €30) |
| Wild Tokyo Casino | Neteller, Skrill, Jeton, MiFinity, Rapid Transfer | not stated |
| MyStake Casino | Neteller, Skrill, Payz, MiFinity, Jetonbank | €10 |
| Sportaza Casino | Skrill, Rapid Transfer, Neteller, eZeeWallet, MiFinity, Jeton | €20 (für den Willkommensbonus) |
The table shows the alternatives the 4 casinos name for deposits in the recorded sources.
Why is there no PayPal at casinos without OASIS?
PayPal is offered by casinos such as Tipico and Stargames, both on a .de domain, as their payment pages (as of 07.10.2026) show. Tipico is listed several times in the official whitelist of the Joint Gambling Authority of the German States (GGL); a full-text search returned 26 hits.
The domain is no coincidence. Under § 6e GlüStV, permitted online gambling runs only on a domain ending in „.de“, and the home page must name the permit and the supervising authority. Operators holding such a permit check every player against the OASIS exclusion file at registration and at every sign-in, according to the GGL. What a German casino licence requires in detail and how to check the whitelist yourself is explained there.
For the four brands on this website, the same full-text search of the whitelist, as of 02.10.2026, returned no hit, nor did it for the operator names Rabidi, Dama N.V., Santeda and GTW. The brands cite foreign licences, for example 7Signs the Tobique Gaming Commission and Anjouan Gaming according to casino.guru, only Tobique according to AskGamblers. The sources give no reason why PayPal is missing; AskGamblers omits it on both its English and German pages.
0 of 4: what the brands' method lists contain
- 7Signs lists 14 deposit methods according to AskGamblers: Visa, Mastercard, Payz, MuchBetter, Skrill, Neteller, Trustly, Postepay, Interac, MiFinity plus Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ripple and Ethereum. For withdrawals, bank transfer is added, while Postepay and Interac drop out.
- Wild Tokyo payment methods listed by casino.guru include Neteller, Skrill, PaysafeCard, Jeton, Cashlib, MiFinity, Revolut, Rapid Transfer, Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer and twelve cryptocurrencies. For withdrawals the sources disagree: according to AskGamblers EN, Visa, Mastercard and Trustly are included, according to AskGamblers DE they are not.
- MyStake supports 29 payment methods according to casino.guru, including Neteller, Skrill, PaysafeCard, Payz, Visa, Mastercard, WebMoney, Bitcoin, AstroPay, bank transfer, Apple Pay, MiFinity, Interac and Jetonbank. A complete withdrawal list is missing from the sources; according to LCB, cryptocurrencies are available „instantly“, other routes only after account verification.
- Sportaza lists 18 deposit methods according to AskGamblers, including Paysafecard, Skrill, Neteller, Rapid Transfer, eZeeWallet, CashtoCode, MiFinity, Jeton, Visa, Mastercard and eight cryptocurrencies. Withdrawals use the same routes without Paysafecard and CashtoCode, but with bank transfer.
PayPal is in none of these lists. Klarna is missing at all four brands too. Result: 0 of 4 for deposits, 0 of 4 for withdrawals.
Alternatives to PayPal by brand
The closest thing to PayPal is an e-wallet. Skrill, Neteller and MiFinity are among the deposit methods at all four brands. The sources name Payz at 7Signs and MyStake, MuchBetter only at 7Signs, Jeton at Wild Tokyo and Sportaza, and at MyStake as Jetonbank.
At 7Signs, e-wallet withdrawals arrive within 24 hours according to AskGamblers, after the withdrawal has been pending for 0 to 5 days; LCB gives up to 3 working days for processing. Wild Tokyo needs 24 to 48 hours of processing according to AskGamblers EN, 1 to 5 days according to AskGamblers DE, then 0 to 24 hours for e-wallets and crypto. Sportaza gives 0 to 5 days for e-wallets after a processing time of likewise 0 to 5 days. For MyStake no source gives an e-wallet time, only bank transfer within 3 working days.
Visa and Mastercard are deposit options at all four brands. Card withdrawals take 3 to 5 days at 7Signs, 3 to 7 days at Wild Tokyo and 1 to 5 days at Sportaza, according to AskGamblers. Two other PayPal-like methods are available only in isolated cases: Apple Pay at MyStake, Revolut at Wild Tokyo. 7Signs lists Trustly for deposits and withdrawals, Wild Tokyo lists it for withdrawals according to AskGamblers EN.
Prepaid is the third route. PaysafeCard is among the deposit methods at Wild Tokyo, MyStake and Sportaza, but not at 7Signs. Only AskGamblers (English and German pages) names it as a withdrawal route, for Wild Tokyo. How deposits and later withdrawals fit together for Paysafecard at the casino without OASIS is broken down there. For operators under German law, § 16 (6) GwG also applies: the holder of a prepaid balance and the holder of the player account must be the same person.
All four brands accept cryptocurrencies, with Wild Tokyo offering the most at twelve coins. According to LCB, MyStake pays out without prior account verification only in crypto. At 7Signs, casino.guru describes a KYC check before every withdrawal; players there report delays even after verification was completed.
PayPal with 5 euros, 10 euros or a bonus?
Besides PayPal, an entry from €5 is missing at the four brands too. The lowest stated minimum deposit is €10: at 7Signs according to LCB, €30 there with Bitcoin, and at MyStake. For Sportaza the sources give €20 as the minimum for the welcome bonus; for Wild Tokyo there is no figure.
There are minimum amounts on the withdrawal side as well. 7Signs states €10, with Bitcoin €60. Wild Tokyo pays out from €10 according to AskGamblers, MyStake from €10 via MiFinity and otherwise from €20. For Sportaza the figure is missing. So there is no PayPal bonus here: a welcome bonus requires one of the methods listed above.
No-limit casino with PayPal: LUGAS does not depend on the method
A no-limit casino with PayPal combines two wishes that cannot be separated at operators with a German permit. There, every deposit counts towards the cross-operator monthly limit of €1,000 in principle under § 6c (1) GlüStV, whether it is made via PayPal, card or transfer. According to the GGL, failed deposits are recorded too, for example when a payment route is blocked, and these entries cannot be corrected. How the LUGAS limit is calculated and who may raise it is explained there.
At the four brands without a whitelist entry there is no LUGAS check, but there is no PayPal either. AskGamblers lists no deposit limit tool of their own at 7Signs, Wild Tokyo and Sportaza. The GGL states in its FAQ that measures such as deposit limits or self-exclusion are missing at operators without a permit. At the same time the brands cap withdrawals: according to casino.guru, €500 per day at 7Signs, Wild Tokyo and Sportaza, and €7,500 per week and €15,000 per month at MyStake. For Sportaza, a German-language player post states „up to €1,000 every 24 hours“ instead.
What makes casinos without OASIS different beyond the missing exclusion check, who is behind the four brands and what that means for players is summarised on the home page. For free advice on gambling problems, the GGL names the BIÖG helpline on 0800 1 37 27 00.
