7Signs Casino without OASIS

7Signs comes up regularly when German players look for casinos without OASIS: according to AskGamblers the casino takes part in no self-exclusion register, and it is not listed on the whitelist of the Joint Gambling Authority of the German states (GGL). 7Signs has been run by Rocketship Ventures S.R.L. since 2020; according to casino.guru it accepts players from Germany, and the website, live chat and customer service are available in German.

Three figures matter most: withdrawals are capped at €500 per day and €7,000 per month, document checks take 0 to 10 days, and there are no tools at all for deposit limits, time-outs or self-exclusion at the operator. Player reports on AskGamblers, casino.guru and German-language player portals show what that means in practice: from a casino verification lasting more than 40 days to a confirmed self-exclusion request that was only acted on after almost two months.

Licence and operator: Tobique, Anjouan, Rocketship Ventures

The sources disagree on the licence: according to casino.guru, 7Signs holds licences from the Tobique Gaming Commission (New Brunswick, Canada) and Anjouan Gaming (Comoros); according to AskGamblers, only the Tobique Gaming Commission licence. Neither source lists a German casino licence. The brand belongs to Rocketship Ventures S.R.L., and the casino was founded in 2020.

Under § 9(8) GlüStV 2021 the GGL keeps the joint official list of all operators holding a permit. A full-text search of this whitelist (page last updated on 02.10.2026, retrieved on 07.10.2026) returned zero hits for 7Signs, while well-known licensed operators used as control names returned 26 and 22 hits. Whether an application is pending cannot be checked: according to the GGL, the authorities give no information on pending applications.

The web address is a second formal marker. Under § 6e GlüStV 2021, permitted online gambling is offered only under a .de domain, and the home page must show an 18+ notice as well as the permit and the supervisory authority. According to the GGL, a registered office in Germany is not required for this. One player report on AskGamblers refers to www.7signs.com, a .com address.

VIII

OASIS and LUGAS: which checks do not happen at 7Signs

For operators with a German permit, the OASIS check is mandatory. Under § 8(3) GlüStV 2021 they identify every person who wants to play and check them against the OASIS block register immediately before the first game; the register is run for all states by the Regional Council of Darmstadt. The query uses surname, first name and date of birth, and according to RP Darmstadt the answer is only “the player is excluded” or “the player is not excluded”.

According to AskGamblers, 7Signs takes part in no self-exclusion register. That matches what the GGL says in general about operators outside the whitelist: they lack player protection measures such as deposit limits or self-exclusion. For 7Signs this is documented in detail: no deposit limit tool, no limits on stakes, losses or session time, no time-out, no reality check, no self-exclusion. The only offer is a self-assessment questionnaire.

LUGAS is the second file that plays no part at 7Signs. Under § 6c(6) GlüStV 2021, licensed operators query it before every deposit; it counts the sum of all deposits in a calendar month across all connected operators. Anyone who tries to enter a LUGAS limit above €1,000 is asked to correct it, and according to the GGL failed deposits count as well until the count resets on the first of the month. At 7Signs deposits start at €10 (Bitcoin: €30); no deposit cap is recorded in the sources. The only stake cap is €5 per bet, and it applies only when playing with a bonus.

The short-term lock is missing too. Under § 6i(3) GlüStV 2021, licensees must show a clearly labelled button wherever play is possible that enters a 24-hour lock in OASIS without a confirmation prompt. No comparable time-out function is listed for 7Signs.

IX

Withdrawals at 7Signs: processing time, limits, methods

At 7Signs, withdrawals without OASIS run in two stages. First the casino processes the request: according to AskGamblers this pending status lasts 0 to 5 days, according to LCB no more than 3 working days. Then comes the payment route: e-wallets take 24 hours according to AskGamblers, bank transfer and card 3 to 5 days each. Using the upper values from AskGamblers, a bank transfer can therefore take up to ten days in total.

The limits matter more than the timing: at most €500 per day and €7,000 per month. A win of €7,000 uses up the entire monthly limit. An amount of €13,500, the subject of one player report on AskGamblers, is necessarily spread over at least two calendar months. The minimum withdrawal is €10, or €60 in Bitcoin.

Withdrawals go to Visa and Mastercard as well as to Payz, MuchBetter, Skrill, Neteller, Trustly, MiFinity, bank transfer and to Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ripple and Ethereum. A withdrawal to credit card takes 3 to 5 days after approval. Postepay and Interac are available for deposits only, bank transfer for withdrawals only. Among cryptocurrencies, casino.guru also lists USD Coin (USDC) and Tether (USDT).

A report on AskGamblers shows that the 24 hours for e-wallets do not always hold: a player had requested three withdrawals via MiFinity, €1,200 in total, the first on 08.09.2026; the account showed them as “Processed”, but the money never arrived.

Verification at 7Signs: documents and checking time

The list of documents 7Signs may ask for is long. It includes an identity document, proof of address, proof of the payment method and proof of deposit, plus a selfie holding the ID; video and phone verification are also provided for. Checking the documents takes 0 to 10 days.

  1. Step 1

ID card, passport or driving licence as proof of identity

  2. Step 2

proof of address showing the current address

  3. Step 3

proof of the payment method used for deposits

  4. Step 4

    proof of deposit

  5. Step 5

    selfie holding the ID document

  6. Step 6

video or phone verification on request

  7. Step 7

document check: 0 to 10 days

Several player reports on AskGamblers concern this stage. One player waited more than 40 days with a win of €22,343 for the check to finish and wrote that he had submitted over ten documents. Another reported a win of €7,000 for which his account was not verified. In a third case the withdrawal of €13,500 stalled over the proof of address, and a fourth player says his account was blocked with a balance of €4,400 after verification had been requested.

With operators holding a German permit, the check comes first. Under § 6a GlüStV 2021, playing and withdrawals are only allowed once the player's details are confirmed; only in the first 72 hours after opening the account may a player play with deposits of up to €100, after confirming that nothing will be paid out until the check is complete. At 7Signs, by contrast, the document requests in these reports came only once a win was already in the account.

XI

Self-exclusion at 7Signs: no tool available

7Signs has no self-exclusion tool. A report on AskGamblers shows what this looks like in practice: a player wrote to the casino “Hello, I want to be self-excluded please. I play too much money.” The casino asked him to confirm, he confirmed. Yet the account was only closed almost two months later, and in that time he lost 2,190 US dollars. After more than ten emails he asked: “For how many months do I have to ask before you answer??” The closure within 24 hours that, according to the player, the casino's rules mention was not met in this case.

A user on casino.guru describes the same pattern: “No self exclusion tools, no way to close or block account”. The live chat refused to close the account. At this casino, a request to customer service is the only route.

The German exclusion system is a defined procedure. Under § 8a(2) GlüStV 2021, a self-exclusion can be requested from a connected operator or directly from the Regional Council of Darmstadt. According to RP Darmstadt, this requires an application with a handwritten signature and a copy of an ID card or passport; a driving licence is not enough, and the online form is called “SpSE”. The exclusion lasts at least one year; anyone choosing a shorter period for a self-exclusion gets at least three months. An exclusion requested by third parties, for example relatives, uses the form “SpSF” and always lasts at least one year. Under § 8c, both the request and the later ending are free of charge for players.

Under § 8b GlüStV 2021, anyone who wants to lift an OASIS block must apply in writing to RP Darmstadt and no earlier than the end of the minimum period; lifting a self-exclusion takes effect no sooner than one week after the application arrives. Whether an exclusion is registered, and who registered it, is answered by an exclusion status request using the form “SpSS”. Free telephone counselling is available from the BIÖG on 0800 1 37 27 00.

XII

Bonus at 7Signs: offers and wagering terms

There are three versions of the welcome bonus. AskGamblers lists 100% up to €500 plus 200 free spins for the first deposit, and separately its own exclusive offer of 150% up to €500 plus 200 free spins. LCB lists an exclusive offer of 100% up to 770 CAD plus 200 spins. Which version applies therefore depends on the site through which an account is opened.

According to AskGamblers, 35x wagering on deposit plus bonus applies; LCB lists a maximum of €5 per bet, 10 days to complete it, with Skrill and Neteller excluded.

In a German-language player post, one player describes free spins that did not work and being dropped from the chat after a 40-minute wait with the problem unsolved. With operators holding a German permit, bonus marketing is tied to exclusions: under § 5(5) GlüStV 2021, personalised advertising may only be sent after an OASIS check, and under § 8(4) no bonuses or discounts may be granted after an exclusion has been lifted.
