Withdrawals at casinos without OASIS: time, limits, payment methods

Values per casino, each with its source.

How we collect the data →

The withdrawal is where you find out how an operator really works. Anyone who wins at one of the casinos without OASIS deals with three variables: the casino's own processing time, the transfer time of the payment method and the withdrawal limits per day, week and month. All three are set by the operator in its terms, not by the German Interstate Treaty on Gambling.

The figures for the four brands 7Signs, Wild Tokyo, MyStake and Sportaza come from casino.guru, AskGamblers and LCB. Three of them state a daily limit of €500, while MyStake caps withdrawals per week instead. Where the sources disagree, both figures are given side by side. On top of that come player reports on delayed and cancelled withdrawals, because they show where the figures in the terms run into limits in practice.

Withdrawal time per payment method

A casino withdrawal runs in two steps. First the casino checks the request; the sources call this phase "pending" or processing time. Only then does the money go to the payment provider, whose transfer time comes on top. Anyone who looks only at the second figure regularly underestimates the wait by several days.

  • 7Signs: processing 0–5 days according to AskGamblers / within 3 business days according to LCB. After that, e-wallets 24 hours, bank transfer and card 3–5 days each.
  • Wild Tokyo: processing 24–48 hours according to AskGamblers EN / 1–5 days according to AskGamblers DE. After that, e-wallets and crypto 0–24 hours, bank transfer and card 3–7 days each. According to casino.guru, the finance department handles verification requests and withdrawals on business days only.
  • MyStake: the KYC check takes a few hours according to LCB, and bank transfers are made within 3 business days. The sources give no times for e-wallets, cards or crypto.
  • Sportaza: processing 0–5 days, then e-wallets 0–5 days, bank transfer and card 1–5 days each. According to AskGamblers there are no weekend cashouts; a player complaint quotes the terms as processing "within 3 business days", excluding weekends and public holidays.

Adding both steps together, a bank transfer at these operators can take up to twelve days in the worst case, for example at Wild Tokyo with 5 days of processing according to AskGamblers DE plus 7 days of transfer time. E-wallets and cryptocurrencies are the fastest after processing, but they do not shorten the checking phase. Anyone who requests a withdrawal on a Friday evening at Wild Tokyo or Sportaza waits at least until Monday before processing even begins.

For comparison, operators with a German licence are bound by § 6b(2) GlüStV 2021: withdrawals must be deducted from the player account without delay as soon as the player requests them. If the player account is closed, § 6b(7) requires the balance to be transferred within five business days at the latest, and no fees may be charged for closure and payout (as of 08.10.2026). These deadlines do not bind the four brands, because they hold no German licence.

III

Withdrawal limits per day, week and month

For larger wins, the withdrawal limit decides how long it takes until the full amount is in your own account. It is not the same as the LUGAS limit, which under § 6c GlüStV only caps deposits at operators with a German licence, in principle at €1,000 per calendar month. LUGAS does not count withdrawals; a withdrawal limit is set by the operator alone.

  • 7Signs: €500 per day and €7,000 per month (casino.guru and AskGamblers agree). LCB staggers the monthly limit by VIP level from €7,000 to €20,000.
  • Wild Tokyo: €500 per day; AskGamblers also lists €500 per transaction. Monthly €8,000 according to casino.guru / €6,000 according to AskGamblers.
  • MyStake: no information on a daily limit; €7,500 per week and €15,000 per month (casino.guru and LCB). According to LCB, amounts above €15,000 are paid out in instalments.
  • Sportaza: €500 per day and €7,000 per month according to casino.guru and AskGamblers / "up to €1,000 every 24 hours" according to a German-language player report. The sources contradict each other on the daily limit.

What a daily limit of €500 means is spelled out by a Sportaza customer on casino.guru: "Maximum withdrawal €500, so if you win more it will take a really long time". A win equal to the monthly limit of €7,000 needs at least fourteen withdrawal days at €500 per day, not counting processing time and weekends. At Wild Tokyo, a player report describes a win of around €30,000 that, under the casino's rules, was paid out only once a week; the editorial sources contain no weekly limit.

At the other end sits the minimum withdrawal. It is €10 at 7Signs (Bitcoin: €60), €10 at Wild Tokyo and €10 at MyStake via MiFinity, otherwise €20. For Sportaza the sources give no figure. The minimum withdrawal should not be confused with the minimum deposit, which at 7Signs is also €10, but only €30 instead of €60 for Bitcoin.

IV

Payment methods for withdrawals

Not every method used for a deposit is also available for the withdrawal. The lists in the sources therefore differ between deposits and withdrawals, and in some cases between language versions of the same source.

PayPal. None of the four brands lists PayPal among its withdrawal methods. Which e-wallets take its place and why the service is missing is explained on the page on PayPal without OASIS, together with the alternatives from the sources. The four brands name Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity and Jeton, among others.

Paysafecard. The prepaid card appears only in the deposit list at Sportaza and in neither list at 7Signs. For Wild Tokyo, AskGamblers lists Paysafecard as a withdrawal method in both its English and German versions; for MyStake there is no complete withdrawal list. How a withdrawal to a Paysafecard account works and why accounts can get blocked is shown on the page on Paysafecard at the casino. One Reddit user writes that his Paysafecard account was blocked and he does not know why.

Credit card. Visa and Mastercard appear in the AskGamblers withdrawal lists of 7Signs and Sportaza, with transfer times of 3–5 and 1–5 days respectively. For Wild Tokyo, the English version of AskGamblers names both cards, while the German version lists withdrawals without Visa and Mastercard. What a withdrawal to credit card adds in transfer time and fees is covered on the card's own page.

Bank transfer. All four brands pay out by bank transfer, MyStake only after verification according to LCB. Transfer time ranges from 1 to 7 days after processing. For operators covered by the German Anti-Money Laundering Act, § 16(7) GwG requires withdrawals to go only to a payment account in the player's name, with a stated payment reference.

V

Withdrawals without a German licence

Anyone playing with an operator that is not on the GGL whitelist wants to know whether and how the money arrives. The four brands work with licences from Curaçao, Anjouan or Tobique; which obligations only apply with a German casino licence is broken down there brand by brand. For withdrawals this means: the operator's terms and the rules of its foreign licence apply.

For operators with a German licence, the GlüStV 2021 governs three questions that become noticeable at withdrawal. First, identity: under § 6a(4), withdrawals are not permitted before the player's details are confirmed; only for 72 hours after opening the account may a player play with deposits of up to €100, and payouts follow only afterwards. Second, timing: withdrawals must be deducted from the player account without delay. Third, costs: no fees may be charged for the payout when an account is closed. There is no German authority that enforces such deadlines at the four brands.

A second strand concerns your own bank. On gutefrage.net, one user reports that after a casino withdrawal his bank called him about a suspicion of money laundering. Another found the remark "Meldepflicht" (reporting obligation) on the incoming transfer. On Reddit, a player describes his account being frozen after a withdrawal of 9.5k. Several of those asking only realise afterwards that the operator has no licence in Germany.

VI

Crypto withdrawals

Cryptocurrencies are on the list at all four brands. According to AskGamblers, 7Signs names Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ripple and Ethereum as withdrawal methods, Sportaza additionally Bitcoin Cash, Tether, USD Coin and DAI. According to AskGamblers EN, Wild Tokyo lists Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum, Tether, Cardano and Bitcoin Cash. According to LCB, MyStake initially pays out only in cryptocurrencies; further methods such as MiFinity and bank transfer follow only once the casino has verified the account.

The sources give a transfer time only for Wild Tokyo: 0–24 hours after processing. For 7Signs, MyStake and Sportaza there is no information. At 7Signs, the minimum Bitcoin withdrawal of €60 is six times as high as for other methods. Crypto does not change the daily limit: the sources state the €500 daily limit at 7Signs, Wild Tokyo and Sportaza without any exception for crypto.

At the latest when converting to euros, the bank comes back into play. One Reddit user writes that he played at a casino with crypto and those were winnings, and then reports a blocked bank account. Anyone who wants to cash crypto out to a bank account needs an exchange for that; the bank can ask about the origin of the coins even then.

VII

Delays, cancellations and account closures

Player reports on the four brands are less about the transfer time of the payment method than about the phase before it. On AskGamblers, casino.guru and in German-language player reports, three patterns keep recurring: the withdrawal gets stuck, it is cancelled, or the account is closed. Behind this there is almost always a renewed check of identity or of the source of funds.

Stuck withdrawal. A 7Signs customer reports "3 pending withdrawal requests totaling €1,200" on AskGamblers. At Sportaza, a customer writes on casino.guru that he waited more than 10 days for 500 euros. A Wild Tokyo customer reports that a €500 Skrill withdrawal was marked as sent and later failed due to "unforeseen technical circumstances".

Cancellation. A German-language player report on Sportaza says the withdrawal is processed every time and then cancelled again at the end. Another received a message after 10 days that the withdrawal had been rejected, and a third describes the withdrawal as blocked despite verification, with the deposit method deactivated.

Verification as the bottleneck. At 7Signs, the check took more than 40 days in one case; another case involved an address check and €13,500. A MyStake customer says his account was to be investigated for six months; another had €11,787 frozen for over a month, and a third was asked again and again for bank statements. At Sportaza, a customer reports that proof of the source of funds keeps being rejected. Which documents the operators request and how long the check takes according to the sources is compiled on the page on casino verification. For 7Signs, LCB states 0–10 days of document checking and lists ID, proof of address, proof of payment method, a selfie with ID as well as video and phone verification.

Account closure. At Sportaza, a customer describes getting €100 back from a balance of €1,473 after his account was closed. On Reddit, a player who does not name the brand reports that his account was blocked for "bonus abuse" on his first withdrawal attempt, although he had never used a bonus. These cases are individual reports; the sources do not show whether they are typical.

VIII

Withdrawal data of the four brands at a glance

The four brands differ less in the transfer time of the payment methods than in their limits and in when a withdrawal is possible at all. The full data with sources is on each brand page.

At 7Signs Casino, payouts are made via Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, Trustly, MiFinity and bank transfer, among others.

Wild Tokyo Casino is the only one of the four brands with a stated transfer time for crypto withdrawals.

At MyStake Casino, only cryptocurrencies are available at first, other methods only after verification.

At Sportaza, according to a player report, verification is only possible after the first deposit, and there are no weekend payouts.
